Description

We just added a brand new central heat and air system to the house. Also new kitchen tile floor and granite counter tops. Great location, close to campus, just behind sprouts. This house has hardwood floors throughout the house and were just refinished . Large kitchen, tile back splash, tiled flooring, washer and dryer comes with the house. Fenced in yard, 6 foot privacy fence.  Just installed new windows and also did a total remodel all the way to the studs for the main bathroom.  Very nice clean property.  Come check this nice home out. Both bathrooms remodeled a few years ago.
